In 2022 the photography studio of Kristaps Lapiks and Mārtiņš Garais reached out after they saw my work for Lightform - the projection mapping set I designed for them a few years back. They loved the work I did on the set and asked me to create another one for them that they can use in their events in Latvia.

Same as with Lightform, I was responsible to create all the illustrations that would be built into the set, and they would take care of the building and projection mapping.

For inspiration for these made up floral elements I used online and print image research, as well as Midjourney - an AI image generating software using keywords as prompts. This was the first time I used AI in my work and I’m really curious to any other applications I can use it for, especially for inspiration and image references.
